Military/Veterans Information

Premier Marketing Services salutes those who serve their country in the military! Our entire team is dedicated to professionalism and this includes a thorough working knowledge of VA programs and benefits. Whether you have questions about home ownership while on active duty or benefits as a veteran, we are prepared to help.

Veteran's Day has special meaning to Premier Marketing Services. For what it's worth, we have been there. Our military expertise includes:

Dick Crook: Dick is a third generation US Army combat veteran. His grandfather was a physician who served in World War I, tending to the sick and wounded troops in the trenches and front area medical units. Dick's dad served as a combat engineer in World War II, building bridges and clearing roads throughout Europe. He was a company commander who was decorated for running back in and physically pulling troops out of a burning ammo depot while under fire. Dick served in Viet Nam as a forward observer and technician. He also ran a radar chronograph team throughout the American Division and, like his father and grandfather before him, was decorated for actions "above and beyond the call of duty."

Dick's father was laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery in 1991, with full military honors. As he took his son, Doug, past the Viet Nam Veteran's Memorial and read the names of friends who did not return, Dick had strong hopes that a fourth generation might not have to experience combat in service to our country. When his 8th grade class took a class trip to Washington, DC, Doug, wrote an essay that earned him the honor of laying the wreath at the "Tomb of the Unknown." Later, Doug took some classmates to visit his grandfather's grave site at Arlington for a quiet moment of reflection.

Dick would be glad to help another veteran buy or sell a home. He has been in the real estate business since 1973 and has handled hundreds of transactions for veterans. You could call him the "Real Estate Veteran" and you can e-mail him at: d.crook@realty-info.com

Bill Wagner: Bill served 20 years in the US Air Force before "retiring" into real estate. His tours of duty took him to Japan, the Azores, Thule Air Base in Greenland, and other such tough assignments. His daughter was born on the Air Base in the Azores and is now a school teacher in Aurora, Colorado. Bill's son is a student at the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado.

Between his passion for tennis, and his real estate career, Bill manages his investment properties and still finds time to take his wife, Marge, traveling. Marge is employed at DFAS (Defense Finance Accounting Services) and is an accomplished tennis player.

Bill has a Masters degree in education and has helped clients with investment properties, exchanges, and income properties. He is adept at handling first time buyers as well as estate properties. Bill has worked with veterans moving to and from the area and is familiar with all aspects of veterans benefits and programs.
